How is the product shipped?

Shipping and Handling- Items are usually shipped  within 3 to 5 days of orders received providing payment is received. You will receive an email with your order tracking number once the item is dispatched from our outbound center. Deliveries are made Mondays to Saturdays excluding US public holidays. Standard shipment usually takes approximately 9 to 14 business days in delivery. Depending on availability and merchandise ordered items may take up to 15 business days to be delivered, excluding weekends and holidays. Items on back order may have extended delivery time pending on the availability of the particular product.

How is the shoppers information used?

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns. What Information Is Collected: As part of the order process, the following information is collected from the shopper: Name, Shipping and Billing address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, and also Email Address.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Any issue regarding damage to goods on arrival or otherwise should be directed towards our customer service center at support@rastarafi.com. Any customer  who wishes to cancel or change an order, email request up to one hour after placing order, along with billing information used on the initial order, your request, and any concern to support@rastarafi.com. Please provide full billing information. Rastarafi.com is committed to providing the highest standards in goods and customers services. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly get in touch with us prior to mailing the item back to the forwarding address. Item must be in it's original packaging, along with all the contents for a full refund of payment. Handlers fee may apply.
